Minor repair to right front corner of bumper and a cracked windshield took 3 weeks to complete after having gotten the estimate from the same shop and scheduling the work in advance. Issues too numerous to list but included poor communication from the shop to tell me what was going on and lots of excuses about long lead time for parts. The only part the car needed was a new windshield which was noted when car was taken in for the initial estimate. The order for the windshield was apparently not placed until long after the car was dropped off. Maybe it's post pandemic problems, maybe everyone is overworked. But being truthful about screw-ups is much easier and leaves customers more satisfied than making up excuses and stories. I won't be back. Service: Painting

Very easy to work with. My car was fixed on time and everything looks great. My car was even washed and vacuumed for me at pick up. Friendly knowledgeable staff. It took a while to get an appointment, but it’s worth the wait. Service: Body & Trim
