This was a two-part service repair on 5/17 and 6/8 for this review. Frankly I have never experienced this type of amazing auto repair shop. The flawless process from setting up the appointment, approving the estimate for the service as well as other repair recommendations online, to picking up my vehicle. What was surprising from my first appointment is their recommendations come with photos, when necessary, which is very helpful for me to approve or disapprove any of their repair suggestions. As a woman it can be a bit daunting dealing with an auto service technician. Everyone here takes into consideration what I am noticing in the operation of my vehicle and discusses any clarifications on both our parts. This is the last repair shop I will be using for any of my vehicles. I have an abundance of appreciation for everyone there. My caddy is very happy! Thanks again to all at Autologic! Customer Service: Simply outstanding! Frank gives very detailed explanations so that you understand exactly what they found wrong, and what the options are to fix it. Service: My car is 21 years old, I bought it myself about 10 years ago. That said, after getting it back and driving it around, it honestly feels better than it has since I’ve owned it. I just had the car thoroughly inspected last year (from someone else) as I’m nearing 100K miles and Frank’s team found plenty of things others missed and was able to get my car in the best shape that it’s been in! The guys over at Autologic did an amazing job on my brakes. My brakes now are as smooth as silk now. The front end shook like crazy when ever I came to a stop at a light. But NOW!
