I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Dave and Khea are both super cool guys. I had a vehicle that I was potentially going to buy that I wanted to get inspected, and when I expressed that their inspection price might be a little out of my price range, they did it for free (which is extremely helpful when you’re in the expensive process of buying a car!!) Dave gave me a very thorough explanation about things that were wrong with the car and things that I needed to be aware of - one of them being that the battery was really weak. He offered to replace the battery himself and he did it the next morning when the shop wasn’t even technically open. I was very impressed by the service and I wish I lived in Bellevue so I could be a regular customer!!

Called in to get my battery swap. It was quick and easy. Will come back again. Update: Came back for oil changes. Great service. Front person seems to know a lot about cars. Able to give quote top of his head after knowing car model and make.

Super happy with my experience! Was having some weird sounds with my brakes and David let me drop my car off while I was at work the very next day. He was able to give me a ballpark for services, but upon inspection, it turned out to be something way less severe. Where other shops I have (unfortunately) been to in the past would’ve taken the opportunity to make an extra buck, David was honest with me about my options and suggested I wait to have a brake service that I didn’t need yet. When it’s time to get those brakes done, I definitely plan to return!
