Jiffy Lube

Extremely dishonest location. I'm not from the area and I stopped in to get an oil change because I was overdue. I was told that total was going to be $58. I said I had a $10 coupon. I get my car back - the clerk tries to charge me $68, telling me there was some new fee for something I had never heard of before I complained and said you can't do that legally - charge an extra fee after the fact without disclosing first. He very sullenly took the extra charge off but did not credit me for the coupon, charging me the original $58. I was too tired and in a hurry to argue. You owe me the $10 you overcharged me. You have until Thursday to resolve this or I am complaining to corporate about the illegal and unethical conduct.

Brought my daughter’s Versa in for an oil change & tire rotation. The service was professional & very efficient at a reasonable price. I was also pleased to overhear the Lead Tech watching over & providing training tips to what I assume was a new hire. The whole crew made sure everything was done right. Thank you!
