I had an issue with my tail light, drivers side, on my Smart For two. I took a chance and went to Auto Haus in Williamsburg on Saturday, 09/02/23. I met Ian, the service parts manager. I know on Saturdays it's very busy, or there is no staff working. He dropped what he was doing and helped me. Excellent customer service. I will be back, even though I live in Newport News. Great customer service! Mechanics take the extra effort to figure things out instead of just replacing a part or sensor. They figure out the root cause so it doesn't keep happening. Got my vehicle in and out in a great time!
Steven and Auto Haus of Williamsburg were nothing short of fantastic. The whole process was easy, and professional. Steven was super helpful and took care of any concerns/questions I had immediately.
