I have a new muffler installed in my truck. I've waited inside. But I'm writing this because of what I've observed and listening to how Rudy and another guy (he was training) communicate with customers. They are very professional and never sugar coated anything. Then with the service and updates, they utilized text and email in providing updates on the works that was ongoing. Never experienced this from any shops ever. I was impressed with their knowledge, courteous, and neighborly ways. I will be returning and recommending them to all my friend and acquaintance. Kudos to Rudy(manager), Tyler(technician) for doing a good job.

I brought my 1992 Chevrolet Silverado 5 speed truck to Meineke in October of 2022 to have my clutch replaced. I've never had better customer service from a car repair facility in my life. From the mechanics to the manager everyone was professional, kind, courteous, explained what was going on so that I could understand it. They wanted to make sure that everything was safe for me to drive my truck. Because of the age of my truck I've had my bearings replaced and now my fuel pump and fuel filter replaced. The guys at the Williamsburg Meineke are the best. You guys rock. Customer for life
