Got a nail in my tire. It was Sunday, they were open and it was fixed in at least an hour and half. I drive a Tesla which the last tire shop didn't want to work on (it was a screw then and too close to the edge). I was happy it was repaired and I was back on the road. It was a roofing nail from the neighborhood.
We got a huge roofing nail in our tire coming home from Virginia Beach on a Sunday afternoon, so to say we were stressed was an understatement. Many of the tire shops around were closed and NTB only had one technician and a front of house staff. They were both wonderful though. Despite having to break a wheel lock and racing against the clock they were able to assist us with a new tire. While it took several hours we definitely understood since we did not have an appointment. Thank you so much Tony and Nadine! We were able to get home safely because of your efforts and make it to work the next day.
Awesome service and great staff!! They take care of a fleet service van and my own car there. Super super super. Thanks guys!
