Goodyear Auto Service

Years ago I reviewed the Goodyear at Monticello. They over-inflated my flat tire (I'm told that's standard to check that the tire is leak-proof), but failed to deflate it to the proper pressure. When I discovered what they'd done, they didn't apologize. I haven't been back. Today, I went to the Goodyear on Richmond Road. Back in the day this was my home store, and the people and service were outstanding. Today I came in to have a flat repaired. They were efficient and very helpful, getting me in and out. On the way home, I noticed they'd over-inflated my tire to 52 PSI (it's supposed to be 40) and failed to bleed the excess air out before returning my vehicle to me. That's frustrating -- and apparently, a Goodyear signature error. A checklist would hep fix this problem going forward. PS: 30 minutes after I wrote this review, the store manager called to apologize. Well done.

Wally was so kind to us! I was having trouble with my Jeep while we are out of town on vacation and they fixed us up in a jiff and made us be able to continue our vacation !! Thank you all!!!

The Team at Goodyear in Williamsburg were helpful and professional. We were slowly loosing air in one of our tires. Needing to travel back home, the Goodyear Team got us a spot in between other appointments. They found a small piece of metal had placed a pinhole in the tire while we waited in their comfortable waiting area. We were so impressed and had a worry free ride home.
