I was referred to Caliber by my insurance company after we had damage to our Highlander. Every step was professional. Heather coordinate everything from our first visit to get the damage appraised to picking up the car. Our car specialist, Ken, Peter's a walkthrough of the damages and expected repairs, kept us updated often, and coordinated everything through insurance. I couldn't be happier with the team or the services and care provided to our vehicle. I highly recommend them, and would definitely return if we ever have damage to any of our cars.
