Georgette and her staff were great! They were short staffed, but made sure to keep me informed and did everything right! Everyone was polite and VERY professional and knowledgeable of what was needed! I will definitely return to this shop the next time I need tires or a service. They have consistently provided excellent service. The staff is friendly and trustworthy. They efficiently take care of your car without overcharging or adding unnecessary fees. I've had smooth experiences, including state inspections, making them a reliable choice for auto care.

Front counter staff is often not present, but even when they are they take an unacceptable amount of time (upwards of 5+ minutes) to acknowledge customers waiting at the kiosks, going as far as to even make eye contact and not greet the customer. Then will cut you off mid sentence when the phone rings and take 5+minutes with someone on the phone without so much as an ‘excuse me’ or ‘may I grab the phone’ beforehand. Happens every visit. Absolutely terrible customer service.
