wow! just spent $70 and vehicle looks horrible. Maybe employees should spend more time wiping down the vehicle instead of walking around talking. No hand drying was done and have spots all over my black truck. The rims are still dirty and one of the tires had no tire shine on a 1/4 of the tire. Steering console was not dusted and what was dusted has red dust everywhere!

Mike was incredibly thorough, professional, and did an amazing job detailing the interior and exterior of my car. He went above and beyond and followed up several days later to check on my interior cloth seats, which had some minor white deposits from the chemical used on them. Mike provided a refund for the interior and re-cleaned the seats for me. I would recommend this detailed to anyone who wants a deep clean of their car and I will certainly be coming back to get my car detailed again! After a very long wait (mid-week), the result was just ok. I had to show the attendant several places that needed attention. He wiped them down. Inside, if he vacuumed at all, it was a mediocre job. The cup holders still had crumbs. But the zinger was the missing Weather Tech floor mat on the passenger side. When I brought it to his attention, he had the nerve to ask if I had left it at my residence! I assured him it was there when I left my car. He then immediately went to the mat washing area and returned with my mat. Add a 20% tip to the service and I'm not sure it was worth it.
