Wonderful service. The gentlemen are extremely welcoming. I called to book an appointment and I figured it would be a few days/ weeks out but Sam was able to squeeze me in the same day and they were extremely knowledgeable with their profession. Will definitely continue to come back. Thank you!

They called and gave me a bunch of error code numbers. Am I supposed to have a code book at my house? Then he said one was a miss fire code. So I asked him if that means the spark plug is bad. He responded with "could be". Then he said he will look into it and call me back. Why call a customer before you know what's wrong with the vehicle? He talked really fast and was hard to understand. The estimate was for $1,200 but the next day the price changed to $1,700. No additional work, they just miscalculated the original estimate. Said it would be done Wednesday but surprise, surprise it wasn't. The website says they do both transmission repair and replacement but they don't. Mechanic work is simple, figure out what's wrong with the vehicle then call the customer with a price and time frame. I felt like I was talking to a six year old. I needed a car inspection. Service was quick and easy. Tech was thorough. He informed me of the specific light bulbs needed to finish service. JD, front desk attendant was funny, pleasant and helpful in the successful completion of my car inspection. Service: Vehicle Inspection
