My husband’s Explorer was making an odd buzzing sound when it hit 55 mph. I like how they ask you to ride with them to be sure you are on the same page about the issue if it is making an unfamiliar sound. It was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I had my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. The protime technicians performed a thorough inspection and recommended repairs that needed attention. They then followed up with a phone call a few days later to ask if I had any issues with the repairs they had completed.
