Harveys Garage

My state inspection yesterday, albeit a simple interaction, happened to be my second great experience with Harvey’s Garage. The first: Back in the Spring, I “found” Harvey’s Garage “online” when a friend was looking for a reputable garage nearby. Between the messaging on their website, the overwhelmingly positive online reviews—AND noticing how Harvey had taken time to personally respond to EVERY single review posted, they certainly seemed to be living up to their mission statement and goals! When responding to the few frustrated customers, I noticed he urged each to call his cell phone to discuss any issues and see what he could do to “make things right” for them. Those sorts of responses to negative reviews are common. However, the very pleasant surprise was to see that Harvey took the time to personally respond to every single positive review as well! The people were very nice and friendly. They put running boards on my van. They did a good job and I was told if there are any problems to bring it back for correction. What's surprising is they did a follow up call a week later to make sure I was still satisfied with the work. I will definitely be using them again.

Rob Z hooked me up. He was pleasant, friendly, informative and gave me many options. I was actually going out of town to Atlanta and wanted to make sure that my vehicle was safe before getting on the road and he took care of me. He gave the best advice and even gave me his phone number in case I had any more questions, or if I ran into any problems. THIS is the to go place for tires and quality service.
