Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner

I recently had my first Mercedes-Benz vehicle serviced at this location. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 (according to my schedule time) and came back around 6 PM, but my car was not ready. (they did not bother to call me about the status of service completion) I had to wait almost two hours in the lobby and finally I got text, I went to service rep and she refused to take my credit card and had me to use my cell phone for payment. I was having issue with my phone then finally she accepted the credit card (weird first she said system is down and few minutes later she took the card). The most strange thing was that when I purchased the vehicle from this dealership, I was told that first service on them, but service rep told me that system is not showing complimentary service at all. So I had to pay the service and wait two extra hours. I may not go back here anymore. I find them very arrogance.

Great customer service in this dealership. Joe Navarre in sales really looks after you to make the right decisions when purchasing a car. Aria in service is on top of your needs when a repair is place. I had a very good experience and highly recommend their services!! Updated my review from 2021 in 19.01.24 from 5-stars to 1-star I have just called to request some documents. What a disappointment. Called so many times during 3 days and no response. I end up talking to Aria to my surprise again. The same person that I had a great experience with in the past. He had no empathy or what so ever over the phone. Just like a robot. Very poor customer service. He probably had a bad day. I’m glad I don’t have to come back in person.

What a great experience purchasing my first (and certainly won't be last) Benz. A BIG THANK YOU to Michael Skarlatos for guiding me every step of the way. His knowledge of cars is top notch. The dealership is full of friendly individuals who go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
