Dellinger's Oil & Lube Center

Sadly, Dillinger’s recently became really bad. I feel bad for leaving a negative review because the owner is a great guy and the staff is very nice. But the work and communication has become so poor I can no longer take my vehicles here (for repairs). What happened: I took my vehicle in for a knocking sound. I dropped it off when they first opened on a Tuesday morning. Three days later I called wondering what was going on and was shocked to hear my vehicle had still not been looked at. I talked to the manager in the back and he told me he “wanted the vehicle to sit for a few days before he diagnosed it.” I have no problem with this, I just wish someone would have communicated what was going on with me. I told him I know longer wanted the vehicle to be looked at, as I was angry with the poor communication. I told him “I was driving up there to pick it up right now.” When I got up there, they all of a sudden had the vehicle on the lift being looked at. What really really really makes me

I went into the shop to have my oil changed. I had taken my old car there several times and had no issues. Since then I have found that it is under new management. And that doesn't seem to be a good thing. I got my oil changed in July but I just found out they didn't put my oil cap back on. This could have ended up really bad for me. I am so thankful that my family and I are safe. All I can say is that they have a lot to answer for!!! I WILL NOT bring my car or recommend this shop EVER again!! I'm highly dissatisfied with my service! I have pictures too. This was a great shop at one time with great management and quality service techs.
