They have a great welcoming staff! Mr. Lee at the counter is very knowledgeable honest and helpful. I was in and out in no time for my safety inspection. I like that they provide water and coffee while you wait.

State inspection appointment at 11 am. I called that morning to advise them my headlight was out and asked if I needed to reschedule or if they may be able to fix it prior to the inspection. I arrived at 10:50 am. They did not even pull my car into the bay until 11:49 am. I got an update at 12:45 indicating the headlight was fixed but it was a blown fuse. Nearly 2 hours and a $75 diagnostic fee just for that. Then another 30 minutes and another $75 to complete the state inspection and repair the brake lights (found they were also out). This place is a rip off and I don’t care how pleasant the staff is. Waiting an hour to even get the car in the bay when I had an appointment is unacceptable, and another hour to literally lift up a fuse box and put another in is ridiculously inefficient. I will never come here again.
