Communication is key, folks, and this place excels in that field, as well as others. Growing up in this area, my parents had the place they trusted. (If you're from here, you know which one.) This isn't a knock on them, or any other auto shop around, but I've found *my* place. They are friendly, concise in their explanation and their work, and they're local. I took my 2017 Audi A6 for engine problems, but we’re unable to perform services because the parts required Audi dealer programming. I was informed up front that there would be a fee, but when I called later the front desk receptionist stated there would be no charge for the inspection and diagnostic because they were unable to perform services. Very honest mechanics and front desk staff was excellent. If I have any further issues on my vehicles Autologic would be my first stop. Repeat customer!
