Advise against their services unless you want to pay for someone to cut corners. Got my car serviced here and requested an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call from a tech telling me that the lug nuts on my tires were swollen but I denied the upcharge service. When I received my invoice I paid for an oil change and tire rotation, but the tire rotation was never performed. The tech didnt even have the integrity to tell me they didnt rotate my tires. Had I not verified I would be driving another 5-7500 miles thinking the service was performed. Services: Tires, Oil change

Firestone always takes care of my car and has great customer service. I appreciate the communication from staff when discussing my car's issues. They are thorough when it comes to checking my car. They give me a call before completing service and call me when the service is done. They even communicated about a service they could not complete. I also appreciate that they communicate when they know they are not able to get to my car the same day. Front desk staff is always helpful and professional. It's really the professionalism and communication that keeps me going back.
