The Brake King

I took my car here for an inspection and to have an O2 sensor replaced after my check engine light came on and I had it scanned at Auto zone. I was charged over 300 dollars, around 120 for the part, which was 80 dollars online, and 180 for the labor which took them thirty minutes to complete the job while I watched them drive it in and out. After I left the check engine light came back on the next day. We brought it in the following week to be looked at. I was told over the phone to drop it off in the morning and it would be looked at that day. I did not here from them and went after work to check, and they had not looked at it yet and told me they would not be able to get to it that day. I asked why and was told they are backed up. I would understand that if it was a new issue, but this was an issue that was potentially their fault. I took my keys and left. The previous owner sold the business, and now this is another shop out to take advantage of people.

My father loves this place and I used to love it when I used to go there great price quality work great staff keep up the great work and you are a landmark and a great business and an asset in our community

I dropped my truck off at 4:50 pm picked it up exactly 24 hrs later no problem. The staff is kind and courteous, prices are fair and they kept me up to date with findings, cost and approximate time of completion.
