I have to say that Professional Auto Diagnostics and Repair has to be the BEST when I say the BEST they are the BEST Auto business in VA. Whether it is just me calling in to inquire about anything that may be wrong with my vehicle; to me going up there and actually haven't work done from the first person I see to the very last person they are extremely professional, polite and honestly a pleasure to be around or to have work done on your vehicle. Not a lot of shops nowadays are people orientated and I love the genuine work ethics that they have, they are the ONLY place that I go to and trust my Vehicle with and I've been in Virginia 5 years now. I absolutely appreciate them!! If you haven't gone to them then I don't know what type of care you are treating your vehicles with just saying! I want to say Thank You to such an amazing team! This years inspection was a bit different to say the least. firstly, we went to LAS for an inspection there, he failed us for missing a gasket, would of been an easy fix just back off the spring bolts and put in a new one right? no the bolt snapped and was pretty stuck in there. We went to multiple places (4 to be exact) all quoting above 1,200. Finally said screw it lets go here, I've been to them before and my GF was skeptical at first. they quoted $1028 at first but 2 hours (after approval cause compared to all else that was a steal) we get a call, they had managed to get the bolt off and lowered the value of the repairs to $682. I was through the roof when DJ called and told me it was ready for pick up. Between Aaron (the best tech alive) and DJ (the best adviser) they not only got the bolt off they installed a new gasket and everything leading us to a passed inspection. Will 110% recommend these people for there work and people skills. Took about 1 ton weight off my shoulders.
