While on a road trip to Newport News my A/C Compressor blew out. Roger expertly diagnosed the problems, secured and installed replacement parts within a 24 hour timespan! Wow! He actually did everything he said he would do! He also did a complete under the hood inspection to make sure there were no other pending surprises! The repair bill was very reasonable. Most importantly, Roger is an honest, fair and outstanding person and professional mechanic/business man. Wish we had discovered this shop before. Like a local cafe, sometimes the small, local shops like this are a hidden gem. I have gotten good advice and service at a fair price, especially when I was being steered wrong by the Car Dealership Service Department. I highly recommend you try this shop out!

I brought in my 2009 Chevy Impala that had a plethora of issues, but this place quickly helped sort everything out at a VERY good price! The owner was very reliable and courteous and updated me on the situation often. I cannot recommend this place enough!
