0 star, maybe even negative score! Overall: 0 star Customer service: 0 star Auto Service result: negative Problem: blank (non-functioning) infocenter display right after jumpstarted. I waited to share this experience until my SUV problem is fixed. I bought this SUV from Casey Chevrolet dealership (which was not a good experience from the start) So I made it in time to my service appoinment. Customer Service is lacking, they have me wait with the rep who was on the phone for a long time, probably 15min later before she asked one of the other reps to process my car appointment. My appoinment was in mid morning. Followed up around after lunch (1pmish) and was told mechanic has not started diagnostic yet. Called again later that I need to pick up my SUV if they can't diagnose anything that day. About half hour later, they called me that it needed $2K worth of parts replacement with 2-6 weeks order time. My instinct tells me that they did not do a proper diagnostics. So I only paid the diag

Scheduled ahead of time;In and out in under an hour. Inspection, oil change, tire rotation... Fast courteous service on my day off. Wish they remembered the window sticker for the oil change.

Appointment was scheduled almost two weeks in advance. We dropped our truck off at 8:15am for an 830am appointment to get two front tires changed. We did not get a call until 3:30pm saying that the tires did not come in so they could not replace our tires. It did not seem to bother them that they inconvenienced us a whole day without a vehicle.
