My car was hit in a parking lot and I took it here to be fixed. To say they went above and beyond to help me is an understatement! They were so kind and professional, and they explained everything so that I understood what would happen! Not only did the fix my car, but they also cleaned it!!! And they left an air freshener in my car that smells AMAZING!! Thank you Art City Auto Body for bringing back my dream car!!
They did a super good job fixing my car. Brandi worked with me really well. I had work done on the front bumper and they redid the rear. And it looks like there was never a crash to begin with, so I'm happy about that. They also did a little bit extra and tried to help fix an issue I was having with my cruise control. And they did a good job of keeping me updated.
I had my car repaired for a front-end collision. Ben (Production manager) made it a non-stress experience for me. He was easy to work with, answered my questions patiently and was very accommodating with my requests. I recommend this body shop without reservations. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
