Elite Auto Specialists

As of 2 visits to the shop and 2 times of taking my car home, my car still persists with the same problem. I was told on the 1st pickup the problem would resolve after a bit of driving the car, (with no success). After dropping my car off a second time i was assured before pickup that the car was in proper order and ready to go. A couple of miles off the lot, both DPF and check engine light came on yet again. These people seem to have no quality control and don't seem to check their work. I was explained that they were trying to save me money by not replacing a sensor after the DPF work was done as the DPF fault could have been throwing a invalid reading on the sensor. This seemed understandable, yet my car still had the sensor replaced. In which the money they were trying to save me was now spent on the car, along with other work, along with time, along with headaches. AND THE CAR IS STILL THROWING BOTH CHECK ENGINE AND DPF. I took my car into the Nissan Dealership for a recall. They proceeded to tell four different things that were wrong with my car, two were definitely safety issues. I decided to get a second opinion at Elite where I have had work done before. Lenny was great! He told me that there were no issues with my car that they had suggested. I appreciate their integrity and honesty here. As a woman I sometimes feel I get taken advantage of-thinking I will just do as they say. I’m never treated that way at Elite.

Always fast and fair service with a smile, can't ask for much better. I've brought all my Sprinters to Elite and won't go anywhere else.
