Every time we have worked with The Mechanic we have felt so taken care of! The customer service from Jill is top notch and you really feel like a valued customer. The quality of work is awesome and I don’t have to worry about feeling scammed or taken advantage of. I will definitely be back with any future car problems!
their customer service is unbelievable, can’t answer the phone or get a call back. when we decided to go use another dealership due to location and being quoted way to high. we got horrible bedside manner and were told to call before just showing up… hello, we tried (4x times we tried). small advice to the owner is to answer your phones more or at least give your future clients a call back when requested.
I highly recommend Kevin. He went out of his way to get me in quickly while I was visiting town, showed me all of the parts that needed replacing and how they had degraded. He was also very generous with his time when my vehicle had a freak accident and needed some additional attention to get me back on the road.
