Service department review. Do not use their service department unless you really have to. When I bought my truck I received some "free" oil changes. I have gone in 4 times and everytime it is headache but today wins. After 2 hours of waiting for my oil change and a front end alignment, the customer service representative told me my battery was bad and I need to buy a new one. I didn't even know what to say to this. I told him I've never had an issue and I can't believe it's bad. He said they told him it won't crank and they'll have to jump it. Before I could even respond he turned and started to walk away whiling saying "I'll just have them jump it since you're in a hurry." After I got my vehicle I checked the voltage, it was more than fine. I then checked my dash camera. For the 20 mins they did the alignment my camera was running, which meant my power was running but my truck was not. In the camera you can also see my headlights were turned on. Of course you'll have a dead battery if
I took my vehicle in for a traction control service. Fixed that but when I took my vehicle home the serice park assist light came on the next time I put it in reverse. They said we didn't do that. It will cost you 800 to fix that. It will be fixed but NOT with them.
We had a very unfortunate experience at this dealership. We took our truck in for some standard maintenance. At the time, they told us that the glow plugs need to be replaced but were pretty stuck. We were told "we can take them out but it COULD get more expensive if one breaks". Nobody discussed any potential costs that could arise from this. The part did break, and they hit us with a whopping $12-15k repair bill (2 days before Christmas) and their service guy telling us "there's no way you could have known it would be that much." Their service manager was unwilling to offer any discounts or help with this. We were told by another employee that maybe we should sell the truck for parts. Thankfully we were able to find a legitimate shop very close who fixed the entire thing for under $1500 total. I don't think their service department even tried to get our glow plugs out. Avoid them for service if you can. Their sales team is great!
