Riverside Collision Repair

This place did my repairs and qoute for my insurance to send a check. When they called me and told me it was done and needed to be picked up they said the battery is "all of the sudden" not working and they wanted 314$ out of pocket to install a new one. 314$ is outrageous to install a car battery. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWHERE

If Riverside Collision Repairs treats their paying guests half as well as they have treated me, there is no question I'd recommend them. I've called them twice near closing time, the first time to ask if they could do a repair job for me, and the second time to ask for advice when I ended up deciding because of budget and time restraints to do the repairs myself. Neither time were they put out or dismissive, and both times they went above and beyond to help me. With the last call I made, even after I explicitly told Logan I would be doing the repairs myself, he went out of his way to make sure I knew how to best do the repair, and even recommended some products I should use for the repair job. Thanks Riverside Collision Repair Staff! You've helped make a real downer into something more positive.

After my truck got into a fender bender we were looking desperately for a good auto repair shop. I really liked that Riverside Collision was an authorized agent for Farmer's insurance (which made things much easier) We had a fantastic experience with Riverside. The first person we talked to was very friendly and got is in the same day for the initial estimate. We worked with Logan for this repair job and he was great to work with. The estimate was almost exactly what the repair came out to be. They worked quickly to order parts and get our truck in so we could get it back on the road. They even finished the repair faster than they thought they would. The repair was flawless and it looked like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend Riverside collision and will plan on going there for more autobody needs!
