Best customer service around. They have the best mechanic I've ever met. And extremely fast at getting the job done. I would recommend everyone use these guys.
Gary has worked on several cars for my family. He’s always been very clear and up front on what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. PRTC is always our go to. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Called to get apart for my truck said was one price and he had it I explained I lived few hours away and on a budget he assured me they had what I needed and would take care of me.. after having drove 2 1/2 hours I show up the part is not ready and then after 2 hours at the shop he tells me it's $350more then what I was quoted over phone by the same guy. And then said o wall won't be ready untell tomorrow. late afternoon
