I don’t write reviews very often but when I do it’s because a place went above and beyond expectations or they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel. In this case it’s because they went above and beyond! I had my driver side exhaust manifold repaired by Master Muffler and they did an amazing job. First off they allowed me to walk back and visually see the problem with my truck and explain exactly what was wrong with it and why. There was no smoke and mirrors trying to upsell me on extra repairs. Second, They provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix it. On top of that, they are military friendly and gave me a great discount for being an active duty member. They also were very accommodating to my schedule and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Went in to fix muffler. Inspected told me it would have been 45 mins to fix it, but it was less than that. Great service and very friendly. For a small local business, they do everything. Would recommend this place. Also, it was Saturday, no other shops had been open and I was skeptical of going and trying this shop. After looking at reviews online.
