Highly Recommend them..first time customer..we were in need of AC service and were in a hurry to get back on the road. I had the AC compressor replaced last year at ANOTHER shop..2 weeks later, the compressor went defective..never blew cold air again. Turns out we needed an AC compressor (remove and replace with new) and the whole service that entails. Pablo and Marybel diagnosed the problem, and got busy on our Ford Escape and it was done right..on schedule and they charged the agreed fair price...fast, friendly and the best part..they sent out for lunch and had In n Out Burger delivered to the shop for us...THEIR TREAT for us. While at the shop, I did observe several customers come and go and all seemed to be happy about about the service. The shop could be a little more organized but don't let that take away from their knowledge on how to repair your vehicle... give them a try???? Service: Air conditioning

I have taken several of my vehicles here and it's been great every time. The follow up they provide from beginning to end is very convenient. It is a family owned business which makes it trustworthy and they explain what needs to be done and they do it. Pablo knows how to service all aspects of your maintenance needs and pays attention to detail to advise. It is hard to find a good honest mechanic until you work with IM Auto. After waiting for 30 minutes for my safety inspection his wife told me it won't pass because my tires are to big and they hit the suspension which I know is false. Then she tried to make me buy a whole new set of tires. As if I didn't blow 1500 on the ones I put on, no one go here they are just trying to make a quick buck and confuse anyone who can't speak Spanish. The lady was very incredibly rude little kids running around the office yelling and a small dog chained behind the desk yapping the whole time and when I got into my truck they had taken off my dash cover and tried to put it back on but it was all messed up and wrinkled and skewed. I feel like he was looking around in the truck for money or something. Just felt dirty in the office I needed to shower after.
