I've been going to Doug for a while now, and have never been disappointed. He is not a salesman nor a customer service representative; he's a mechanic. And a darn good one at that. Personally, I prefer a good, hard-working, fast, honest mechanic like Doug to a pretty face or schmoozy voice that will overcharge and under-deliver. What I love about Doug is that he won't fix a ton of stuff that doesn't need fixing - he'll fix what needs to be fixed. Great prices, honest work. He'll give you a heads up about what might be needed next/soon as well. Doug knows his stuff. The only drawback is that these days he's often so busy that it's hard to get your car in to him immediately!
Doug is straight forward. He will fix your car issue, or recommend where you can take your car if it is not his expertise. It’s hard to find an ethical mechanic. He’s honest and charges fairly.
Best mechanic I’ve ever gone to! Doug is one of the few honest and trustworthy mechanics around! Been going to him for years! I’m 31 and my older sister, who’s 45, has been going to him since she was old enough to drive!
