They have stood behind every one of their repairs for me. It's great to have a partnership with businesses like this that I can trust. I've been going to Cougar tire for about three years now. The folks here have always been courteous and friendly, and quick with getting work done. They are not into pushing all sorts of stuff you don't need like the Jiffy Lube, which I appreciate. If you're wanting work done on your car this is the place to go in Provo.

My experience with this business was fantastic! Staff is honest, upfront, and extremely kind. My car had an ongoing issue that was difficult to diagnose, and while it took a few tries to get to the root of the problem and repair it, we eventually got there and everything is back to normal. Their pricing is fair for the work they do and their turnaround time is discussed before and and super fast. I was listened to and taken care of.
