Cougar Tire is my go to place for any car repairs. They are honest, efficient, and thorough with their work and pricing. Within one week, both our vehicles had many repairs that needed work. Cougar Tire was very patient in working with me as I figured out how to get both vehicles diagnosed and repaired with my busy work schedule. They even worked with me on pricing since I was having so many major repairs done. Outstanding customer service! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their vehicles. First of all, these guys are very straight forward and fair when it comes to price. Nothing is hidden or kept from the customer. Second, they are fast at repairs and are very considerate of personal timing. I am never worried to take my car in because it is always in good hands. If anything is not up to par, they are willing to work with you in a fair way. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

I cannot give this place a better review! They did everything possible to help me with my car and even took a part that I had bought from somewhere else and used it to help me out. They gave me such a good deal. I think a lot of places take advantage of younger people and try and charge them more, but they looked out for me and help me find every option for the best deal for everything. It is a great place!
