Burt Brothers is the only place I take my vehicle. They are super helpful with taking take of my vehicle, and do an amazing service. They have years of experience that goes way beyond many other places I’ve been to. I highly recommend you check them out.

I had bad experience after bad experience. Customer service sucks, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor. The emissions inspection is more expensive than everywhere else and they tried to charge me twice for it. Not to mention that they took an hour to do a 15 min job in a not busy hour. I’m never coming back here. I’ll take my money and my business elsewhere.

Burt Brother’s charged me $170 to mis-diagnose my car, telling me I would need a new transmission. I called Valley Transmissions and they quoted it at 2.5 grand less. Valley Transmissions diagnosed it for FREE and said it was the electronic plate on the transmission, not the transmission. They replaced the plate for 1/6 of the price Burt Brother’s quoted a new transmission and my car works great. I would be several grand poorer and have the same original issue if I went through Burt Brother’s.
