Update: We’ve now been to Bradford for numerous issues on our aging car, and every experience has been phenomenal! When family had car issues while they were visiting, Bradford also had them up and running in no time! They’ve always been honest, transparent, and personable, even telling us when there are less expensive alternatives like topping off our steering fluid every few months rather than then performing a $700+ repair. I really appreciate that! They’ve certainly had our business and will continue to while we’re in the area! Best mechanic I’ve been to! As an expecting mother, not having a car in the heat of summer is pretty awful, so I was so grateful for a quick diagnosis and quick repairs! They were so communicative, so kind, and in addition, the total cost was even less than expected, so we had an all around fabulous experience!

We had such a great experience working with Bradford Automotive. Traveling from another state during a busy holiday weekend and the owner bent over backwards to help us out. Our brakes were completely worn out and causing us tremendous stress with long travels still ahead of us, and the owner took his personal time to coordinate our car being fixed. Short and sweet: best experience with a mechanic in Utah!! Long review: I’m a DIY car person who learned everything I know from my dad. I am by no means an expert but I think I know a bit more than the average person when it comes to cars. Oil, brakes, and rotor changes are just things I do myself and in the past year I’ve changed my alternator and radiator. Now, being a girl makes dealing with mechanics a really unpleasant situation most of the time. In calling to get quotes for the repair I needed I had some mechanics laugh at me when I told them I had diagnosed the issuer myself by getting under my car and seeing the damaged part myself. More than a few mechanics wanted to charge me $60-80 just to diagnose it themselves before they’d do any repairs. Bradford automotive was quick, easy, and fair. Their price was the best I could find.
