My wife and I have a RAV4 that started overheating last year and consumes about a gallon of 50/50 coolant antifreeze each week. We've been to 3 other mechanics prior to Roy's Auto to get the Water pump, thermometer, and cylinder 2 misfire fixed, but unfortunately none of those fixed the issue. We have a 6 month old baby, so we need to have A/C before the hot months of summer and are desperate to get the car fixed. We decided to take our car to Roy's Auto after seeing the positive reviews online. They told us our head gasket was cracked, so we paid 3.5k for the repair. At check out, Erica said the fix looked excellent and we should be all set and we have a warranty for the labor if not. Not even 2 days later, our coolant was drained again, the A/C wasn't working, and the car was overheating and so was our baby. We have used Roy’s for all of our car repair needs. They do great work and are very helpful and honest with the work and very professional. We have had them work on all our vehicles from my ‘94 F 250 to our ‘17 Expedition. We even referred them to work on my nephew’s VW Tiguan.
