They are very honest and helpful! I had the worst time with my car and they helped me understand what the issues were and tried to help me out the best they could with my lemon of a car. I will definitely be a returning customer. It is so nice to find a trustworthy and competent shop!!
We’ve been happy with the repair job Viking did, however they recommended repair on several things (brakes, tires, rims) that we have since gotten fixed for a lot cheaper elsewhere or even found didn’t need replacing after all.
The mechanics inspected a used vehicle I was planning to buy. There were so many problems with the car that they didn’t even charge me. They brought me into the garage and showed me personally all the problems so I would be informed. They were very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.
