Pep Boys

Big thank you to Daniel, Mark, Clayton and Steven for helping me out with my car today. My front tire completely blew and I also needed to replace the other three, I don’t know much about cars and they were super quick to answer my questions which I appreciated. I’ll definitely be going to them again :)

It was an awful experience. The waiting room is filthy, the workers are rude, and they charge you for work they don’t do. I got my break fluid and transmission fluids done and the day after my break light airbag light, Collision, and traction control lights came on. I went back and they had my car for 5 hours just to tell me that my break fluid that I just paid to have done was low which caused all those lights to go on. When I questioned why it was low he was very rude and said it wasn’t their fault it was low. Awful experience and will never recommend them

Fraud, we never wrote a bad review, but this is a very bad store. they sold me old tiers, saying it's new. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at this store, I purchased a set of tires from your establishment, believing that I was investing in new and reliable products for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The tires I purchased did not last as expected, and when I sought a second opinion from a reputable shop, Discount Tires, they discovered that the tires I received from Pep Boys were, in fact, old tires being sold as new. I am so disappointed, when we discussed that matter with the manger, his name is Steve, but no help. that is the 1st time in America, an American company got dishonest manger,
