My engine cover broke, so I took it in to be fixed. Within a few minutes of arriving, my car was already being taken back and looked at. Daniel and Sam explained what the exact issue was and how they would fix it. Daniel and Sam were very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

It was an awful experience. The waiting room is filthy, the workers are rude, and they charge you for work they don’t do. I got my break fluid and transmission fluids done and the day after my break light airbag light, Collision, and traction control lights came on. I went back and they had my car for 5 hours just to tell me that my break fluid that I just paid to have done was low which caused all those lights to go on. When I questioned why it was low he was very rude and said it wasn’t their fault it was low. Awful experience and will never recommend them

I’ve always had great experiences with Pep Boys wherever I’ve gone and this branch is no different. Steve was so personable and helpful with checking me out, ensuring my bill was correct, & that I got to use my oil change service coupon. Even when the phones kept ringing, he stayed focus on attending to me while balancing the callers and making me laugh throughout. Clayton was kind & prompt with my patching my flat tire free of charge one rainy night as well. Thanks, Pep boys!
