I truly can’t recommend this shop enough! I brought my car here for repairs after a guy backed into me. His insurance paid for the repairs, and after they sent me the initial payment, the shop found more work that needed to be done. Mike went back and forth with the insurance company, which was giving him a hard time, to get all of the repairs covered and make sure it was paid for. The repair work is beautiful, and they even detailed the inside and outside of the car and filled the windshield wiper fluid! Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, and I am really glad I chose them for the work. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Not a pleasant experience there. I got a written quote for fixing the right bumper and I agreed. A day later they called me said bottom bumper guard was broken and need around 1k to replace it, or, $60 to put some screws to fasten the guard. I was skeptical that why they didn’t tell me at the first place that bumper guard was broken but told me after the bumper was put back to the original spot. so I talked to the manager Robert and ask if I can talk to the mechanic for what had happened to the lower bumper guard. He seems irritated and denied, said he trusted his mechanic 100%. My question is: why they wouldn’t tell me on the estimate but do so after they have done the work. I told him that I wouldn’t pay for problems they caused. Please take pictures of your car from all angles before taking to this place

Very pleased! Highly recommended! My wife was rear ended and this was an insurance job with one of the most difficult insurance companies. They fought for OEM and blended the paint spot on! This was mazda red, which I've been told is the hardest paint color to match. I had them replace a door handle that was outside the quote. Instead of repainting, they ordered a new door handle, which was a substantially cheaper option. This company has integrity, great communication and top notch work. Will definitely return (hopefully not soon ????) and would highly recommend Chris'!!
