They prepared a report on my car with all the maintenance that needed doing with pictures supporting, so I could clearly see what they were talking about. Their communication was impeccable and additionally everyone I encountered was super friendly and very helpful, even giving me tips on the local area. I highly recommend them to anyone for an all-round great mechanic.

Precision auto has been the only vehicle repair business we take our vehicles to for regular maintenance. We appreciate that they perform a courtesy check and inform us of urgent or non-urgent items requiring our attention. If they need to keep our vehicle to repair for a few hours, they set up a courtesy vehicle for use. We highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a honest and fair auto repair shop.

They do a complimentary diagnostic when bringing your car in. Gave me very detailed descriptions on what they noticed and sent me a link with pictures. They split what needed to be fixed into 3 categories. Red for urgent, yellow for needs service soon, and green for all good. Awesome service and very responsive.
