Extremely expensive for poor and incomplete workmanship. I received four different answers to one question from three different technicians. The Manager, Serena, was insulting, discourteous and rude. The repairs they did were so shoddy that I had to take my daughter's vehicle to another mechanic the following day, because they had even failed to reconnect the A/C cables tightly, causing the A/C compressor to cease and need replacement. (There were no issues whatsoever with the A/C of this 2020 vehicle prior to it going to Rooster Ridge and it wasn't taken to them for any A/C repairs.) My daughter's vehicle is also stuttering and ceasing up, which is yet another reason why it will be at another mechanic. Read other online reviews, not just here, about Rooster Ridge on Kuykendahl Rd in The Woodlands and be overly cautious before trusting your vehicle with them. Early 2000’s mechanic experience. Their automated text asking for a review makes leaving a bad one easy. This place sucks. I’m sure the mechanics are nice but they’re scummy when it comes to pricing and practices. Told them their pricing sucks and they dropped $200 instantly. Whoever owns manages and operates it needs to get their business together. I’ve dealt with plenty of places like this the community will just be lucky when they go under.

Techs were able to diagnose and repair a failed starter motor and battery fuse same day, by 2 pm! It was great to get my car back same day, even when they had to send out for parts! I had never seen this type of failure before and even the tow truck driver was stumped! Service: General repairs & maintenance
