Professional, courteous and on time. I am very thankful a friend recommended me to Alex. Just from talking to Alex on the phone before I met him, he impressed me. He tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone but I had to take my truck in. He had the work done quickly and explained everything he did. I will be back if I ever need help again.
