Firestone Complete Auto Care

The woman who greeted me as I entered the door was named Carly. She was incredibly kind, patient, informative and attentive. I noticed that same professionalism with everyone who came through the door during my 3 hour wait. (I didn't have an appointment and it was a busy Saturday afternoon, so I expected a wait time.) This was in Houston TX. I also had multiple encounters with Firestone in Knoxville TN. I've always had outstanding service from Firestone...a bit pricier than many, but still, very good treatment for their customers and very good service for my car.

Been living in this area for about 2 years now and take both my cars to this location. The guys make sure the provide you with was is needed done to your vehicle and if it’s something out of their scope the will refer you a company that will provide you with the same service level they provide. So I will like to say THANKS!! and continue providing great customer service. Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

Spent over 600 for roaders and brake pad replacement. Two days later, a horrible knocking noise started in the back. Since I spent a lot and they claim the best ase certified technicians, I assumed it was something new as i just purchased from a private seller. Took to a different mechanic and come to find out firestone left out of part and I was in dangered driving the whole time. I didn't get a name, but the man with glasses and of African american descent Was extremely rude, and unprofessional Wlwhen it was their mistake a 100% and I was at risk. Driving my car putting myself in danger and liked any empathy. I do not recommend this place whatsoever go to the conroe location
