Repair One Tire & Auto

I just happened to be in The Woodlands and needed to do my state vehicle inspection. I went to Repair One just because I passed it on the way to my destination. I was thoroughly impressed with the facility, specifically, the waiting area. It was clean and comfortable. The service was fast, and the wait was not long. If I lived in The Woodlands area, this would definitely be my shop of chose. Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I trust this Repair One to do good work on my car. Having recently moved into The Woodlands, I was looking for a new repair shop for urgent AC repair. The repairs took longer than expected and I hoped for more frequent communication, but they did the job right and got the car back to me as soon as they could. I would go back.

We set an appointment for a transmission fluid flush. We adjusted our work schedules for the appointment. We dropped our car off an hour early. 2.5 hours AFTER they were supposed to start the work they call to tell us they don't have the equipment to do a flush on a 5 year old Ford Expedition. Maybe tell us that before we arrange our day around you and leave our car there for 4 hours. Now it's too late to take it somewhere else and we'll have to arrange our schedules again with somebody who actually knows what work their shop can do.
