I drive an hour out to Montgomery County every day from Houston, and on one such morning I noticed my car was overheating. I managed to pull into work but the overheating light wouldn't turn off. Of course, I knew I had to find a shop nearby to take it into. I gave them a call and they kindly took my car in even though they were busy, and after a slow, anxious drive into their shop, I was greater by the owner who quickly diagnosed the issue as a coolant leak from a bad pipe that needed to be replaced. They gave me a great quote for the work and after signing off they immediately jumped into action- having the part brought in and getting back on the road by noon. I am genuinely grateful for the quick and kind work of Next Gen who went above and beyond to help me in my predicament. Recently had several minor repairs performed and some troubleshooting on my 2012 Ran 3500 DSL for first time after a bad repair experience at another shop. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and service was performed. The main brake system issue that required troubleshooting was found and repaired. One notable item that put my service experience above the other couple shops I’ve used is after discussing the inspection list and troubleshooting items requiring repair with the shop manager prior to authorizing service was that he indicated I could call him on his cell phone direct with any questions or issues. That personal touch topped the experience off. Defiantly a professional business with knowledgeable staff that I will use again.
