Professional and up to date technology. Decent turn around. I work offshore and travel back and fourth to Louisiana regularly. Truck was lunging in reverse and at stop lights. Occasionally dying. Upon diagnosis the brake switch and throttle body were replaced. I still have the same issues I was before the repairs. So 650 dollars and still dying and bucking and lunging. Throttle input varies and surges. When coming to a stop hard down shifts. Rough up shifts as well. All were things told to next gen. My reply was oh it didn’t do any of that when we had it. As stated when I dropped it off. Truck only does it when warm and had been driving for a little while. It did it on my way home from shop and I sent a video. Drive is about 10 min. Sometimes it takes 30 min for it to start to act up. Gets worse with more drive time. On a 7 hr drive it gets almost in drivable. Recently had several minor repairs performed and some troubleshooting on my 2012 Ran 3500 DSL for first time after a bad repair experience at another shop. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and service was performed. The main brake system issue that required troubleshooting was found and repaired. One notable item that put my service experience above the other couple shops I’ve used is after discussing the inspection list and troubleshooting items requiring repair with the shop manager prior to authorizing service was that he indicated I could call him on his cell phone direct with any questions or issues. That personal touch topped the experience off. Defiantly a professional business with knowledgeable staff that I will use again.
