i appreciate that Nick reached out to me to explain an issue I was unhappy about, which centered around the $165 diagnostic fee that I felt wasn’t disclosed until time of pickup. He stressed that his business works hard to be honest and he was truly sorry about the issue that had arisen. In the end, I felt the diagnostic fee should have been communicated verbally, instead of it being listed on the electronic price sheet in the office (since not every customer will have the presence of mind to peruse through a posting in the office). In closing, I wish I would’ve been informed of the fee upon dropping the car off (plus I should’ve asked). Nick did seem like a nice person and invited me back to the shop, stressing that it would go better the next time. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Original owner and a local Houston custom car shop could not make the saddle tank fuel gauges on my Model A read correctly. Basically I had to run on one tank until it ran out before switching. Nick and Kenny would not give up and identified several issues with the system finally correcting all. If you have a complicated issue with your car, take it to Nick. You won’t be disappointed. First I’d like to thank Nick so much for his help ! I believe that God put me in the right place and at the right time and I couldn’t be more grateful. I mean a flat tire one of the worst thing that could’ve happened to a nursing students on her way to her first clinical and of course I was panicking! Thankfully this stranger offered his help and reassured me the whole way through my clinical shift and I got my car back with 2 brand new tires and was ready to roll! I seriously couldn’t be more happy with his generosity and hospitality and if I ever needed anything else, he’s believe he’s who I’m calling and you should too ! ????????
