Not a good experience. First, everyone was polite (reason for 2 stars instead of 1), but I made an appt 4 days in advance for a 7:00 dropoff, they didn’t start looking at my car until 10:00. What was the point of making the appt? I called 3 hours later (1:15) to follow up. Another worker (also very nice) gave me info after finding the tech and speaking to him that the thermostat needed replacing. I asked if it would cost around $300. Told me probably not that much and another person would get the quote together and contact me shortly. 2 hours later (3:30) I called back to follow up wanting to know how much and how long. This time I got to talk to “my” service person (seems an odd system) spoke to me and gave me the same info as before and the earliest I could get my car back would be the following day at 11:00 and he would put the quote together and get right back to me “within 15 min”. The guys at the front are so respectful and helpful! I just moved to Texas from Arizona and wasn’t too sure of the process when getting my car inspection done but they explained everything and even covered the cost of the inspection when it was taking a little bit longer than expected!
