Michael and the entire service staff went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience when I brought my Focus in for electrical issues. Despite the packed full shop (and for good reason), they were able to quickly diagnose my ABS issue and clearly explained the problem. My new part arrived well within the promised timeframe and they were able to complete the repair right away. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and will certainly be returning for my future car troubles!

Didn't expect to be seen, but was assured service regardless impeccable service in a very busy establishment. I noticed even the mechanics and staff were smiling, even though they said they worked Saturday as well. Great experience, with a personalized touch.
