Adams Automotive The Woodlands

We have been using the service of Adams Automotive The Woodlands for more than 5 years and have been very happy with their service every time. The communication with the office is efficient, knowledgable and very service oriented. They really put customer service first! We feel our cars are in safe hands with them. I have used Adams Automative for a couple of years now and they always deliver great service. I had Mario this time as a Service Mgt for an issue with the front end on my Audi Q7. He was professional, thorough and showed me the issue in the shop and explained what he recommended and why. As usual, the GM, Jon Hoyt, followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. A class act all the way around!

Beware of this shop I have had this shop recommended work one week and not recommended the next week I’ve also had work recommended to family members using fear of causing a wreck if the brakes fail. This shops service writers recommended a brake job rotors and pads with a whooping 85% of materials still left on the pad but also saying they will do us a favor and charge only 750 dollars for pads and rotors. What really makes it worse is the car was only brought in for a vehicle registration inspection why they decided to lift the vehicle into the air and remove both front wheels to do a yearly vehicle inspection is beyond me. I also wouldn’t recommend any women to visit this shop alone or at all or seek a second opinion before you decide to let this shop steal your hard earned dollars. Service: Vehicle Inspection
