Adriana is amazing. Always stays in contact with you and keeps you posted on the progress of your car. Mine has been there for a bit but they are busy and thats a good problem to have. We purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan for my daughter on December 19th as a Christmas present. The car was driven home and hidden until Dec 25th. After Christmas the car was driven over the next couple of days. Somewhere between 50-60 miles the check engine light came on…took the car to AutoZone and there were 3 different codes that came up. Contacted our salesman and he ask that we bring the car in. The following day we contacted him again to see what a good time would be at which time he replied you will have to talk to my manager because the car was sold as is… After multiple attempts to contact a manager with no return calls to say we are frustrated with this dealership is an understatement!! We were told everything was fixed on the car. You should not be allowed to sell a car to someone while knowingly deceiving them. The way this experience has gone so far I would DEFINITELY not recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership.
