I work out of Dallas and am new to the area. I was very stressed when I had to find a mechanic since I don’t have any contacts in Texas. Craig was professional, direct and friendly. He immediately made me feel at ease and I felt I could trust him. We discussed cost of repair and parts and it was very fair. He ordered the part and had me in as fast as he could. He had to wait on the parts to arrive and he did a couple other minor repairs to my vehicle as he waited. He went above and beyond to get my car done in one day and it wasn’t a minor repair. I highly recommend Bevil Automotive and I will definitely be back if needed

We've been frequenting bevel automotive for at least a decade and have always been pleased with the service and price. Craig has had many an opportunity to take advantage of our automotive ignorance. I Remember taking our Tahoe in once and telling him I was certain it was the alternator which would have been an expensive repair, but rather than going with what he thought I knew, was honest and let us know it was just a simple $40 repair. Very thankful to have a mechanic we know we can trust.

Okay first off would like to comment on Karl's review below. Someone with no automotive experience would not know how to give rubber measurements (2/32, 5/32 etc) if your savvy enough to give out measurements your savvy enough to say "hey I need new tires and a new battery, because this car is used", hello common sense.. Bevil Automotive has excellant service and prices! I drive 30 minutes from my house just to get fantastic service and know that my car will be treated with care and the work applied with be flawless! Craig has been my mechanic for the past 10 years. Would not trust anyone else.
